The way to approach weight management is to address the food we eat and when we eat.  You can achieve your ideal weight and this is how.

The Eaternal Health approach is a way of eating for life; not a short term, restrictive diet.

Eaternal Health Weight Management Programme includes:

  • All food groups – carbohydrates, fats and proteins – so your body receives the nutrients it requires to function optimally
  • Ample food so you won’t be hungry
  • How and when to eat to ensure your body can utilise the energy efficiently and function fully.
  • Personalised health issues, that may hinder weight loss
  • Lifestyle choices that can assist you in reaching your goal

The weight management programme includes:

  • 90 minutes face to face
  • Health and body scan questionnaire analysis and evaluation
  • 3 day food diary analysis
  • Establish health & weight goals
  • Body composition analysis – including weight, muscle mass, fat mass, bone mass,
  • total body water, BMI, visceral fat rating plus more.
  • Explanation of how the plan/eating for life works
  • Progress record booklet
  • 7 day menu plan with recipes
  • Templates for menu planning, shopping list, and food & mood diary.

3 x 45 minute follow-ups, spaced to suit the client, including

  • Food and mood diary feedback to keep you on track
  • Body composition analysis – including weight, muscle mass, fat mass, bone mass, total body water, BMI, visceral fat rating plus more.
  • Personal coaching to ensure progress
  • Goal setting

All of the above costs £250 per person. Family groups can be arranged for an extra £50 per person.
