Nutritional Therapy Consultation

Clients experience the best results when we work together over a number of weeks, and for that reason I no longer offer single consultations. I have also found that some clients need more support than others, so I have devised 3 packages to reflect that.

Packages last between 12 weeks & 14 weeks, face-to-face or online.- see packages for more details, but packages typically include

  • Health and body scan questionnaire analysis and evaluation
  • 3 day food diary analysis
  • Establish health goals
  • Body composition analysis (face-to-face only)
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan (taking into account any medications/ interactions)
  • Personal supplement plan where applicable – 10% discount available
  • Functional testing where applicable

Package 1 – The Go-getter package

This package is ideal for you if you are self-motivated, take on advice given and implement it consistently. After the initial 90 minutes consultation, and a follow-up call, contact will be every 4 weeks.

  • 1 x initial 90 minute consultation
  • 1 x 15 minute progress review post initial consultation
  • 2 x 45 minute follow-up consultations
  • 1 x 30 minute final review session– at the end of the term working together
  • Email support (up to 2 per week)
  • Health and body scan questionnaire analysis and evaluation –taking into account medical history, family history, lifestyle, stress and sleep
  • 3 day food diary analysis
  • Establish health goals
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan (taking into account any medications interactions)
  • Personal supplement plan where applicable
  • Functional testing where applicable

Investment £350

Package 2 – The Collaborator package

This package is ideal for you if you require a little extra coaching support between consultations to help you make changes more easily. Contact is made fortnightly to ensure you remain on track, and can easily implement changes to diet and lifestyle.

  • 1 x initial 90 minute consultation
  • 1 x 15 minute progress review post initial consultation
  • 3 x 45 minute follow-up consultations including final review session
  • 3 x 20 minute progress calls
  • Email support (up to 2 per week)
  • Health and body scan questionnaire analysis and evaluation evaluation –taking into account medical history, family history, lifestyle, stress and sleep
  • 3 day food diary analysis
  • Establish health goals
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan (taking into account any medications interactions)
  • Personal supplement plan where applicable

  • Personalised 7 day menu plans with recipes
  • Food diary reviews fortnightly

Package 3 – The Motivator package

This package is ideal for you if you have a chronic condition, struggle with motivation, have a tendency to feel overwhelmed or simply do not have enough time to plan it all out and think it through. Contact is made weekly to keep you motivated and on track.

  • 1 x initial 90 minutes consultation
  • 1 x 15 minute progress review post initial consultation
  • 10 x 30 minute weekly follow-up consultations
  • 1 x 45 minute final review session
  • Email/text support unlimited between 9 am and 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Health and body scan questionnaire analysis and evaluation –taking into account medical history, family history, lifestyle, stress and sleep
  • 3 day food diary analysis
  • Establish health goals
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan (taking into account any medications interactions)
  • Personal supplement plan where applicable

For the best results there are 3 things I ask of my clients:

Plan ahead – changes can be challenging, but when you plan for them they are so much more achievable.

Commitment – when we are completely committed, we increase our chances of success enormously.

Consistency – eating a portion of broccoli just the one time won’t cut it! Be consistent with the changes you make – it has probably been many years over which time your body has declined in function, it is unlikely to come back into balance over night. Consistency, building new healthy habits can make all the difference.
